Dhiraj Khosla


A proven leader and manager in financial and business services, Dhiraj has over thirty years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, cost-benefit analysis, project management, software implementation, operations, supply chain management, accounting, and more. Before founding Analytix BizMgmt, LLC, he worked as a CFO, Vice President and Controller in the reality services, medical, importer/distributor, manufacturing, public accounting firms, and technology industries. His expertise spans a myriad of corporate fields within financial, operations, management, improvements, cost savings, international operations, supply chain management, and professional solutions. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Cost Accountant (AICWA) and a Chartered Accountant Intermediate (CA-Inter).

A shared services and process improvement solutions provider, Dhiraj has led software implementation, vendor, and client relations management, and simplified workflow through the use of latest technologies. A forward-thinking and active leader in his field and community, Dhiraj is a highly sought-after consultant and business professional.

Dhiraj has contributed to many professional and non-profit organizations as a board member such as IMA Hartford Chapter, Lupus CT Foundation, and Small Business Regulatory Affairs Committee.  Currently, he is serving as a Board Member at Tunxis Community College Foundation.


Matthew Danyliw


A proven leader in implementing real-life solutions to complicated transaction processing, reducing costs and improving quality.  Matt has over 17 years of practical experience in consulting, software implementation, operations, accounting, acquisitions, project management, C Level reporting and dashboard development, and ROI analysis.  Before joining Analytix BizMgmt LLC, he worked as a practicing CPA, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer and Senior VP of Professional Services.  Matt is a Certified Public Accountant.

Matt has implemented practical, cutting-edge software and is always looking to help the balance of leveraging technology with change management and realistic expectations to maximize return on investment.


Dan Walsh


Dan has a proven history in project management, sales, and business process automation consulting over an eighteen year career, with extensive expertise in accounting, operations, and human resources when most recently working for a business process automation software manufacturer providing software and accompanying services. Prior to that, he worked in the legal & banking industry with a focus on improving the transactional processing aspect of the business, and worked with banking clients, service providers, and employees to minimize redundant tasks and increase profitability.

He has the keen ability to analyze a company’s business processes and find both people and technological solutions to improve that process.
